Any item damaged during shipment will be replaced at our cost. Please provide a written description of the circumstances and condition of the item and packaging, as well as photos if possible, to facilitate a claim with the shipper.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was when received. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
If, after receiving an item, you decide that you would prefer another item instead, we will be happy to facilitate an exchange by applying the original purchase amount, less a $50 shipping and restocking fee, as a credit towards the new purchase. If the original purchase price is more than $50 greater than the new item’s price, the difference will be refunded via your original payment processor.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. This email will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund request.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Please note that financial institutions and payment processors may take some time to credit your account after we have initiated a refund. If you haven’t seen evidence of a credit 15 days after we notified you that we approved your refund, please notify us via email at customercare@davidfaulknerart.com so we can make appropriate inquiries.
For items damaged during the original shipment, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label to be affixed to the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning undamaged items. The shipping address will be provided in our response to your request for a return or exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
